Privacy Policy

Profit & Live ("we", "our", "us") operates the Profit & Live app and website at pandlive.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

• Email address: if you give one when connecting an account or joining our mailing list. We use it for your account and to reply to you.
• Broker access: what you provide to connect your trading account. This is cTrader: an access token from cTrader's own sign-in (we never see your cTrader password). MetaTrader 4/5: your login number, server and investor (read-only) password, which are passed directly to our MetaTrader connection provider, MetaApi, to run your account connection (Profit & Live does not store the password). OANDA: your account ID and API token. TradeLocker: a sign-in token (we do not store your password).
• Trade data: open positions, P&L, prices and account balance, fetched in real time from your broker and streamed to your devices. For Drawdown Guard we keep a short history of your daily closed P&L (up to 120 days) and your loss-limit settings.
• Device tokens: Apple push notification and Live Activity tokens used to deliver alerts and live updates to your iPhone and Apple Watch.
• Subscription data: payments are handled entirely by Apple. We receive only the subscription's transaction ID, product and expiry date to unlock Profit & Live Pro. We never see your card details.

How we use your data

• Deliver your live P&L to the app, watch face and Live Activity
• Send trade, take profit, stop loss, news and Drawdown Guard alerts
• Check your subscription status
• Respond to support requests
• Diagnose technical issues (server logs)

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data for marketing. We share data only with the services needed to run Profit & Live:

• Apple: subscriptions and payments, and push notifications
• Your broker or trading platform (cTrader, OANDA, TradeLocker): to read your account data on your behalf
• MetaApi (metaapi.cloud): for MetaTrader accounts only, to connect to your MetaTrader account (subject to MetaApi's Privacy Policy)
• Hetzner: our servers are hosted in Germany

Data retention

We keep your connection and settings until you delete them. Tap Delete account in the iPhone app to erase your linked broker access, alerts and settings straight away (MetaTrader connections are also removed from MetaApi), or email us and we will delete your data within 30 days. Cancelling your subscription is done through Apple and does not by itself delete your data.

Security

All data is sent over HTTPS. Broker tokens are encrypted at rest. Profit & Live does not store MetaTrader or TradeLocker passwords.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at admin@pandlive.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

Profit & Live is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the app. The latest version is always available at pandlive.com/privacy.
